Member and enquiry privacy policy

K-BEANS processes personal information needed for accounts and enquiries under the following policy.

Information collected

Members: name, email and password. Enquiries: type, name, email, phone, region or company, and message. Submission dates, status, replies and consent records are also stored. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes.

Purpose and storage

Used for sign-in, viewing your enquiries, consultation and reply management, and stored in the operating server database. Franchise enquiries require sign-in; general product and international business enquiries accept guests.

Retention and deletion

Account data is removed upon withdrawal. Enquiry records are retained for up to three years from submission and deleted earlier when their purpose is fulfilled or a valid deletion request is received. Records requiring statutory retention are segregated under the applicable basis and period. Verification and reset links expire after one hour. Electronic files are deleted to prevent recovery; paper records are shredded.

Consent and your rights

You may decline consent. Without account consent, registration and member-only franchise enquiries are unavailable. Without enquiry consent, online submission is unavailable. General browsing and store links remain available. Contact us to request access, correction, withdrawal of consent, membership withdrawal or deletion.
